Feroze has directed hundreds of consulting engagements for senior management of Fortune 100 and privately-owned clients over the past 30 years, including several single clients for each of whom he has led more than 100 engagements. Feroze’s work has been conducted for clients in communications, technology, financial services, healthcare, consumer products, manufacturing, and energy. This work includes leading the transformation of several major companies, directing the principal consulting teams achieving client impacts that include Capex savings of $2.4 billion and Opex savings of over $720 million on an annualized basis; Market Cap gains of $42 billion, a multiple of 14x; and preparing companies for sale at industry-record multiples of earnings.
Prior to Stonewater, Feroze was a partner at Kaiser Associates and served as the firm’s Managing Director, leading the business across North America, Europe, and Asia. Feroze began his career with Monitor Group in Boston. Feroze is a graduate with High Honors from Harvard University.
Hailey has led value creation initiatives for clients in the payments and telecommunications tower industries. Hailey’s tower work across tower, fiber, and connectivity infrastructure, has spanned a broad range of operational issues, including organizational strategy, process improvement, reporting and KPIs, and post-merger integration.
She holds a degree in Finance and Marketing from University of Virginia. Her previous work experience includes Kaiser Associates, International Data Corporation (IDC), Michelin, and Continental AG. She also served as VP of Growth Marketing for OVO in Indonesia.
Derek has worked extensively in the tower industry, with a focus on tower, small cell, fiber, and data center companies. Derek’s work has spanned a broad range of strategic and operational issues, including organizational strategy and structuring, process improvement, reporting and KPIs, and post-merger integration.
Prior to joining Stonewater, Derek worked at Kaiser Associates and Time Warner Cable. He holds a degree from Duke University.
Nicholas advises clients in telecommunications and financial services, and operators of multisided platforms. His areas of expertise include post-merger integration, product management, go-to-market strategy, and corporate finance. He works with owners of towers, fiber, small cells, and satellites and has counselled the largest telecom infrastructure companies in the U.S., U.K., and Indonesia.
Prior to his current role at Stonewater, he worked at Kaiser Associates and Uber Technologies. Nicholas is an investor in over 300 startups and graduated from Bowdoin College, where he received an A.B. in government.
